Who this policy covers

Our Kids Games is designed for children to play with a parent or guardian managing the account and any purchase. We ask the adult account holder for an email address to send sign-in links. Children do not need to create an account to play.

Information we process

• Parent account email address and account identifier, to sign in and manage access.
• Purchase and entitlement details, such as transaction and customer identifiers, purchase status, and access status.
• Information handled by our service providers to host the site, authenticate accounts, process payments, and keep the service secure.

Paddle collects and processes payment information during checkout under its own privacy terms. We do not store full payment card details. The games do not require a child's name or contact information.

How we use information

We use this information to provide sign-in, verify purchases, grant or remove access when a transaction changes, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and account/access data, Paddle for payment processing, and Vercel to host the site and server functions. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy practices.

Storage and security

Authentication uses browser storage to keep your sign-in session. Keep your device secure and sign out on shared devices. We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access, handle disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out from the home page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Add the operator contact details below before publishing so you can submit such requests.

Children's privacy

The service is intended for family use with an adult managing sign-in and payment. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact the operator so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
