Purchases are non-refundable

The all-games purchase is a one-time digital purchase. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. There is no subscription to cancel.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

Payment questions

Paddle processes payments and may be able to help identify a transaction. For a purchase or access issue, contact the seller using the support details provided with your receipt. Include the purchasing email and transaction reference, but do not send full payment card details.
