Using the site

Our Kids Games provides browser-based games for families. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A parent or legal guardian must create an account, make purchases, and supervise a child's use of the service.

Accounts

Sign-in links are sent to the parent email address you provide. Keep access to that email account secure and use the same address to restore access to a purchase. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Purchases and access

The all-games option is a one-time €7.49 purchase with no recurring subscription. Access is tied to the purchasing account. Payment is processed by Paddle and is also subject to the terms shown by Paddle at checkout. Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial play. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute the games, or use the site in a way that harms other users or our systems.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain or improve it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will not use this section to remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version here and changing the date above. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
